Shipping

When can I expect to receive my order?— are there currently processing or shipping delays?

We offer standard, expedited & rush shipping service through USPS, UPS and FEDEX but sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

United States & Canada

 

Standard: 3-7 business days ($7.99 or Free shipping on orders over $80)

Expedited: 3 business days ($15)

Rush: 1-2 business days ($25)

 

Where does COEW ship?

COEW currently ships to the United States.
We are working on bringing our COEW everywhere around the world. For other countries, please reach out to hello@coew.co!

 

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

VAT taxes are already included in Price, however duties are not included. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.

 

My tracking details aren't working, Can you help?

Yes! Sometimes, the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update. That said, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to hello@coew.co.

 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@coew.co.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards.

 

 

Order Questions

How can I make changes to my order?

Please email us at hello@coew.co as soon as possible if you would like to make changes your order. We ship your orders on every wednesday, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.

 

How do I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code, just enter it in the Discount Code field at checkout. If the code isn't working, it could be invalid, expired, or may have already been used.

 

Can I use multiple promotion codes on a single order?

Our website can only apply one promotional code per single order. Promotional codes are unable to be used in conjunction with other promotional codes on the same order.

 

How can I cancel my order?

We will do our best to process order cancellations (and/or changes) but our ability to do so depends on if an associate can "catch" the order before it is sent to our warehouse floor. This is the point at which the box is packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24+ hours. Please e-mail us as soon as possible for a cancellation request so we can determine if we are still able to process the cancellation.
